Johan Baas

Johan Baas, the Netherlands, born in Amsterdam, lives in Hoofddorp with wife and 2 children. He had an early interest in drawing and was inspired by Disney characters and later on also by Hergé, maker of Tintin. It was just later on in life that he started to use his creative thoughts and got back to drawing again. He now tries to make a living as a graphic designer, next to his job at busy Schiphol Airport. Daily activities there inspire his aviation humour comics.
